Work Schedule:
Thursday and Friday, every week, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (4 hours)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing and grooming.
2. Provide physical support for client transfers, positioning, and mobility as outlined in the care plan.
3. Facilitate prescribed non-skilled exercises as instructed by healthcare professionals.
4. Change bed linens as necessary.
5. Maintain a safe environment by clearing clutter from the client's space.
6. Prepare light meals during visits when time allows.
7. Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of supplies and equipment.
8. Assist clients with self-administered medications as needed.
9. Apply topical ointments or lotions as directed by the client.


Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required, with the ability to access client residences independently.
• Minimum of one year of paid experience working with elderly individuals diagnosed with dementia is preferred.
• CNA certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions is essential.
• Knowledge of age-appropriate care principles and the ability to assess client needs effectively.
