Compensation Details:

• Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time - 3 Days/Week
• Expected Earnings: Competitive daily rate
• Weekly Hours: To be determined
• Commission Structure: 50%
• Tips: 100% retained

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time: 3 days per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering grooming services including bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling
• Ensuring the safety and comfort of all pets during grooming
• Engaging with pet owners to comprehend their grooming preferences
• Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
• Providing outstanding customer service to both pets and their owners

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in professional dog grooming
• Understanding of various dog breeds and their grooming requirements
• Exceptional hand-eye coordination and meticulous attention to detail
• Compassionate and patient attitude towards animals
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
