About the Role:

As a Cashier & Front End Services Associate at Walmart, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be the first and last point of contact for many customers, making a lasting impression on their visit to our store.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front end and sales floor areas.
* Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and process returns and exchanges.
* Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
* Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers.
* Stay up-to-date on store policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and inventory management.
