Job Summary

Associated Time Instruments is seeking a skilled CCTV Installation and Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the installation, service, and programming of parking control and access control systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and program parking control and access control systems
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers
  • Coordinate with technical resources and contractors as needed
  • Update project and service tickets daily
  • Provide solutions for service calls, including pictures and part numbers
  • Create RMA with vendors and manufacturers as needed
  • Accountability, including transparent communication and remote clocking
  • Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Pass drug screening and background check with the Texas Department of Public Safety
  • Pass random drug screenings
  • 2+ years experience in parking control or access control installation and/or service
  • 2+ years computer and networking experience
  • Basic knowledge of computers and networks
  • Certifications with DSX, Open Options, or Maxxess are a plus
  • Welding experience is a plus
  • Proficient with smartphones and laptops for communication and email
  • Strong customer communication skills
  • Good oral, reading, and typing skills
  • Physical requirements, including lifting 50 pounds and climbing ladders
