Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with our diverse customer base, fostering trust and loyalty through personalized service.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately review, validate, and process customer transactions, including check cashing, money transfer, and customer payments.
- Financial Solutions: Proactively offer tailored financial services that meet the unique needs of our customers, promoting repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Point-of-Sale Operations: Enter and maintain customer information with precision and integrity into our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Business Development: Complete inbound and outbound call campaigns daily to drive new business and customer growth.
- Customer Account Management: Assist in managing customer accounts, including accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments.
- Store Appearance and Security: Maintain a clean and secure store environment, adhering to internal and external standards to enhance the customer experience.
- Compliance and Training: Uphold Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and engage in ongoing training to stay updated on our evolving products and processes.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism: Professional demeanor with customers and peers.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background Check: Background check required (subject to applicable law).
- Physical Demands: Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for extended periods and moving up to 25 pounds.
- Experience: Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing.
- Cash Handling: Prior cash handling, cash drawer/vault management experience.
- Bilingual: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
