Our projects encompass a wide range of activities, from large-scale new constructions to complete roof replacements, renovations of existing structures, and ongoing maintenance, inspections, and repairs of diverse commercial roofing systems.

Commercial roofing experience is essential for consideration for this role.

Position Summary: The Commercial Roofing Supervisor will provide on-site leadership and direction to a roofing crew, liaising with clients and the management team regarding project status and updates, submitting daily and weekly reports, verifying the receipt and status of equipment and materials, and offering technical guidance and training on installation methods to ensure high-quality outcomes, safety oversight, and toolbox discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project activities to achieve successful outcomes by focusing on timely and budget-conscious project completion.
  • Interpret and comprehend blueprints and specifications for new and reroofing projects.
  • Manage assigned projects on-site, including the coordination and supervision of subcontractors.
  • Prioritize and control multiple activities while managing various projects.
  • Engage in all pre-construction meetings.
  • Maintain communication with project contacts regarding scheduling.
  • Ensure the inventory of materials is received at the project site.
  • Coordinate final inspections with clients and manufacturers and assist in estimating project completion.
  • Complete project closeout documentation.
  • Contribute to the overall quality control of projects.
  • Travel will be necessary.

  • Willingness to be trained and utilize company software.
  • Must be able to travel frequently.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish/English bilingualism is preferred.
