Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance Manager is a vital role within our organization, focusing on maintaining the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

Our facility is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and top-tier products, and we are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to uphold these values.


Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all ISO/IATF 16949 standards and other quality requirements mandated by customers.
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive quality management program that aligns with both internal and external standards.
- Establish and disseminate quality control policies and procedures to meet legal requirements.


- Proficiently utilize tools such as New Product Development, Lean methodologies, and Automotive Core tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.

- Design and implement processes related to production, inventory management, calibration, and maintenance.
- Monitor overall quality performance through KPIs, identifying areas for corrective and preventive actions.


- Recommend and acquire necessary quality testing equipment to evaluate production quality effectively.

- Strategically plan and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing supplier performance and reducing costs associated with quality challenges.


- Collaborate with launch teams to manage supplier APQP and PPAP deliverables for components.

- Maintain and report on plant, customer scorecards, and supplier performance metrics on a monthly basis.


- Oversee a responsive 8D CARs process, ensuring timely containment measures and effective root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of quality issues.


Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in Quality Management or a related field.
- Experience with IATF standards is essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Quality-related discipline is required.


Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Office, and PowerPoint.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a Quality Auditor is advantageous.
