Respiratory Therapist Part Time

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our team at HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
About the RoleThe Certified Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for the application and operation of acute care ventilators used for continuous short and long-term mechanical ventilation. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities- Set up and administer all routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures to patients
- Maintain accurate records and enter information into the hospital computer system
- Work independently in the absence of the full-time Team Leader
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Completion of a Vocational/Technical program or an AMA-approved respiratory care program (Associates Degree); Bachelor Degree preferred
- Current Florida State License (CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist
- American Heart Association BLS healthcare provider certification
