Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical and control systems for various industries, including life sciences. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful implementation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical and control systems for various industries, including life sciences.
  • Develop specifications and drawings for electrical and control systems.
  • Conduct factory tests and provide support throughout the manufacturing and commissioning of electrical and control systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Develop and execute implementation plans for projects.
  • Assign work to meet overall project deadlines.
  • Ensure that all project team members clearly understand the scope of responsibilities.
  • Develop schedules for the company and customer requirements.
  • Evaluate progress on projects and detail changes.
  • Responsible for all purchasing and subcontractor requirements.
  • Responsible for development of costs and proposal of change orders to contract scope.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with expertise in design, development, and implementation of electrical and control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of the NEC and associated national, state, and local code requirements.
  • Experience in industries such as life sciences, building automation, food and beverage, oil and gas, and mining.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate and work with both team members, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Experience with PLC programming and AutoCAD is preferred.
