We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at Pacific Companies, Inc. in Oregon.
Job Summary:This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic setting.
About the Role:This full-time Primary Care Physician will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in outpatient settings, treating patients of all ages, with a focus on geriatric care.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to providing outstanding patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, with a focus on geriatric care.
- Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical exams, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring effective management of chronic conditions and timely interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient interactions and progress in electronic medical records.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
- Licensure to practice medicine in Oregon.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pacific Companies, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
