Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships and following up with customers as needed. You will use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. You will also receive 401K, hourly pay plus commission/bonus, health benefits, paid time off, flexible hours, and growth potential/opportunity for advancement within our agency.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs, have excellent communication skills, are people-oriented, detail-oriented, proactive in problem solving, able to learn computer functions, and able to work in a team environment. Bilingual skills in Spanish are preferred.
Compensation
The compensation for this position is $48,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year.

Our office is located in Carmel, IN and Greenfield, IN. We have 11 team members at our agency, with over 62 years of combined insurance experience. We have received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, and New Agent Program Qualifier.
