Job Responsibilities

We are in search of a Senior Citrix Engineer to enhance our IT department. This position is integral to the management of our Citrix environment, ensuring seamless operation of networks and applications.

The Citrix Engineer will be tasked with the installation, configuration, patching, upgrading, and maintenance of the Citrix infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting remote access technologies.
  • Managing performance and resolving issues within the Citrix service.
  • Administering tools within the Citrix ecosystem.
  • Providing comprehensive support for Citrix Infrastructure.

Key Duties:
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal software and system performance aligned with business objectives.
  • Problem Resolution: Employ critical thinking and scripting skills to address challenges in a dynamic enterprise environment.
  • Project Management: Oversee project planning, cost analysis, and vendor coordination for Citrix and related technologies.
  • Technical Support: Deliver high-level support for enterprise network and computer systems, ensuring maximum connectivity and performance.
  • System Design: Design and implement solutions for Citrix, VMware, and Windows-based systems, including configurations and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in the management of internal data communication systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Management products and VMware technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory and identity management.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
