Job Responsibilities- Adhere to the policies and procedures for the provision of therapy services per the goals of CPT Rehab and Facility
- Maintain the standards for rehabilitation services
- Perform administrative duties as necessary for the day-to-day operations of the rehab department
- Develop a good rapport with the patient, their family members and third-party payers, and any others involved in the total management of the patient
- Graduate of an occupational therapy school program approved by the AOTA
- Licensed, certified, or registered to practice in the State of Illinois or Wisconsin as an occupational therapist
- Certified by NBCOT as an occupational therapist
- Functions according to the AOTA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice
- 401(k) Retirement Savings Program
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred. Knowledge of Net Health is a plus; however, we are willing to train. New grads are welcome to apply.
