Housekeeping Ambassador

We are seeking an exceptional Housekeeping Ambassador to join our team at AC Hotel Naples As a Night Houseperson, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.

The estimated salary range for this position is $12.30 - $14.40 per hour, based on national averages and considering factors such as location and industry standards.

• Effectively stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
• Maintain open communication channels with front desk staff and colleagues regarding room maintenance and any concerns.
• Exhibit expertise in both light-touch and full-clean techniques, adhering to hotel standards.
• Carefully vacuum floors, replace linens, replenish amenities, and maintain a pristine environment throughout the hotel.
• Promote a positive image by wearing a pressed uniform, displaying employee identification, utilizing safety footwear, and adhering to protective equipment guidelines.

A successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be physically capable of meeting the demands of the role, and take pride in delivering outstanding results. They should also have good communication skills and be familiar with selecting the most suitable cleaning tools and products.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Low to no travel requirements within the property or surrounding areas.
