**Job Title:** Building Administrator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Administrator to join our team in the Building & License Department. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing permit applications, and performing various administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide excellent customer service to the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process permit applications, certificates of use, and other related documents
* Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with city regulations and policies
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
* Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of related experience preferred
* Good knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to learn and adapt to new policies and procedures

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Permit Clerk Certification desirable
