Job Description
At Crunch Fitness by Premier Fitness, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within our club.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Membership Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our membership options and services to potential clients.
  • Customer Service: Greet all members and guests with a smile, provide assistance with check-in, and facilitate any messages on our club software.
  • Phone and Communication: Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner, communicate special events to members and guests, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Sell retail products
    • Schedule member services: tanning, etc
    • Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
    • Know club facility, services, and schedules
    • Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
    • Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
    • Opening and closing duties

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient reading and writing skills
  • Computer Skills
  • Strong customer service skills

Meetings:
  • Monthly or Weekly Department Meetings Employee Training Meetings
