Responsibilities:

  1. Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, ensuring quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
  2. Accurately complete patient charts in a timely manner and forward them as necessary on a daily basis.
  3. Implement clinical protocols outlined by CMO and supervising physicians.
  4. Maintain behavior compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
  5. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic test results, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care.
  6. Perform therapeutic procedures, analyze and interpret patient data, and ensure accurate chart completion.
  7. Able to adhere to company core values and maintain friendly relations with clients and employees.
  8. The ability to consult with patients through virtual communication channels and possess proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence:

  1. Complete required preceptor training to onboard and train new hires effectively.
  2. Engage with Learning and Development to manage onboarding and training of new employees.
  3. Meet new employees on their first day, facilitate welcome and introductions, facility tours, and clinic process overview.
  4. Partners with Learning and Development to establish a training plan and review training schedule.

Requirements and Preferences:

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, or Family Medical Practice.
