We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our growing team at Fast Pace Health. Our ideal candidate will be deeply committed to providing excellent patient care in rural communities, emphasizing teamwork and quality service.

About the Role

This role involves leading clinic staff, managing patient charts, and implementing clinical protocols while ensuring compliance with regulations. The successful candidate will have the support and mentoring needed to become the best Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant they can be.

Responsibilities
  • Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, ensuring quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
  • Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including working knowledge of health information management issues such as HIPAA.
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
Requirements and Preferences
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred.
  • Masters Degree in Nursing.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including holiday pay, PTO, medical, dental, vision, and work-life balance. The estimated salary for this position is around $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
