Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to provide safe and therapeutic care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interventional radiology and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and therapeutic care to patients in a holistic and caring way.
  • Perform psychosocial/physiologic assessments and tailor caring practices to individual needs.
  • Ensure efficiency in the delivery of care and determine immediate priorities.
  • Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with others.

Requirements

  • Certifications: Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and Registered in one of the following: RCIS, RTR VI, RTR CV, RTR CI.
  • Licensure: Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • Experience: One year of experience in interventional Cardiac Cath Lab or Electrophysiology Lab performing Cardio Invasive Specialist duties or equivalent years of experience as a nurse working in a critical care hospital unit.
  • Education: Associate Degree Nursing Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and/or Graduate of an accredited, school of Cardiovascular Technology or Radiology Technology or equivalent education and experience.
