Job Overview

COMPENSATION: The hourly wage for this role varies from $16 to $20, influenced by factors such as the applicant's skills, qualifications, relevant certifications, previous work experience, market trends, and other pertinent considerations. Additional earnings may include bonuses or commissions where applicable. This represents Aramark's good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.

Upon hiring, the employee will be considered in an 'at-will position,' allowing Aramark to adjust base salary and any other discretionary payments or compensation programs at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to individual performance, departmental performance, and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and assist in the daily preparation of food items and ensure proper dating of products.
  • Coordinate with team members to set up and dismantle designated service stations.
  • Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate portion control when serving food items.
  • Maintain daily logs of food temperatures.
  • Conduct quality checks by sampling food items before serving.
  • Notify management and remove any food items that do not meet quality standards.
  • Complete opening and closing checklists for service stations.
  • Welcome customers as they approach and depart from the serving area.
  • Solicit feedback on service quality and address any concerns while maintaining a friendly attitude.
  • Assist in keeping the work area clean and organized, including all equipment and surfaces.
  • Ensure all utensils and work areas are properly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Manage waste disposal from the service line accurately.
  • Transport supplies and equipment between storage and work areas as needed.
  • Participate in daily safety assessments and report any hazards to management promptly.
  • Cross-train in various roles as required.
  • Support concessions, catering, and special events as directed by your supervisor.
  • Complete tasks assigned by your supervisor on a regular basis.
  • Guide and support team members to ensure efficient and timely service to customers.

This position may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged standing or walking. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
