Job Summary

Nxt Property Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the physical and financial goals of our properties, working closely with a team to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and future residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and conduct property tours, ensuring a positive experience for potential residents.
  • Manage a team of maintenance and leasing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee resident files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist with financial reporting, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive lease up and occupancy rates.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of multifamily experience, with a focus on property management.
  • 2+ years of supervisor experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Sales experience, with a strong understanding of marketing and social media principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
  • Experience with Yardi Property Management Software.
  • Understanding of budgets and financial reporting.
