Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Compliance AML Risk Management Sr Officer to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey. The successful candidate will play a key role in preventing money laundering and addressing financial crime.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and be able to analyze complex data to drive effective decision-making. They will also be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve shared goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our AML compliance program, identifying and assessing risk, and working with stakeholders to develop strategies for mitigating those risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain AML compliance program for the business
  • Identify and assess risk, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for efficient and effective risk coverage
  • Work with stakeholders to develop strategies for mitigating identified risks
  • Analyze data to drive effective decision-making and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to achieve shared goals

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners
