Job Description

At Cenergy International, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist 3 to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and greet customers and visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or place.
  • Answer general questions and provide information about our company and services.
  • Issue control badges and record visitor arrivals and departures.
  • Perform incidental clerical duties, such as data entry and filing.
  • May be responsible for voice mail and faxing, as well as utilizing a personal computer to perform certain tasks.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Special clearance required.
  • Valid driver's license and current state minimum vehicle insurance coverage.
