Job Title: Security Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Adamas Building Services. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Securing the community by greeting guests, reporting any changes, disruptions, and/or problems to property management
  • Writing reports and shift notes
  • Providing exceptional communication skills and being savvy with using computers and technology
  • Working a Saturday and Sunday schedule from 8am-4pm
  • Receiving a competitive pay rate of $16

Requirements:

  • MUST POSSESS A VALID NEW JERSEY SORA
  • Must be capable of handling a variety of serious responsibilities
  • Must pass comprehensive background checks conducted by their employer
  • Must have a clean criminal/police record and drivers license
  • Must have a positive, friendly attitude that is capable of interacting well with the residents and guests
  • Must devote their time and focus in securing the vicinity of the venue by inspecting people who want to enter the venue's premises
  • Must have the ability to respond to any emergency situations
  • Must be able to answer some basic questions about the vicinity or neighborhood and also wear a complete uniform
