Under the supervision of the department's Director, the Nursing Assistant / Unit Administrative Coordinator is tasked with managing clerical duties, facilitating ongoing communication, and performing data entry for the department.

The role involves working closely with a registered nurse to deliver age-appropriate direct patient care. The Nursing Assistant / Unit Administrative Coordinator is committed to ensuring high-quality care is delivered efficiently and safely, adhering to the unit's established standards.

Demonstrating performance aligned with the mission, philosophy, and objectives of the unit and organization is essential. Flexibility in adapting to changing systems is expected, along with a commitment to quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice. Respectful treatment of staff, physicians, patients, and families is paramount.

Qualifications:
Current Washington State NAC certification is required, along with 6 months to one year of relevant experience. BLS certification and a High School Diploma or equivalent are also necessary.
