The CNA is expected to embody the mission, philosophy, and objectives of both the unit and the organization. Flexibility in adapting to evolving systems is crucial, as is the demonstration of quality and effectiveness in both work habits and clinical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care to patients and their families.
- Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a respectful and considerate environment for all individuals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- NAC Certification from the State of Washington.
- AHA HCP (BLS for Healthcare Providers).
- At least six months of experience in a hospital or long-term care setting.
Compensation: $24.36 per hour
