About the Role

As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design process, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and contractors to bring our clients' visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive architectural plans and drawings for construction projects.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and ensure that their expectations are met.

- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

- Ensure that all designs meet relevant building codes and regulations.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

- Licensed architect with at least 5 years of experience.

- Proficiency in Revit and other architectural software.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

- Experience working on commercial projects.

Location and Schedule

  • Position Type: Full-time - onsite.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
