Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and manage nursing staff, ensuring effective patient care delivery.
  • Conduct staff meetings and utilize independent judgment to organize shifts and services.
  • Evaluate daily patient care requirements and allocate assignments accordingly.
  • Address patient care concerns through established protocols.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary materials and resources.
  • Prioritize tasks based on patient and physician interactions.
  • Contribute to the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of nursing staff.

Qualifications

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • Current BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Registered Nurse license required prior to employment.

Education:
  • Professional licensure/certification and a minimum of one year of relevant experience required.
