Job Summary

Schneider is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for our Regional Intermodal trucking career. As a Regional Intermodal truck driver, you will haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis, enjoying 100% no-touch freight with 75% drop-and-hook opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
  • Drive in and out of railyards within 350 miles of Fairmont City, IL.
  • Enjoy mileage pay, load pay, and hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
  • Earn a longevity bonus of 3% of annual gross pay each year.
  • Participate in paid orientation and paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
  • Live within 40 miles of Fairmont City, IL.
  • Minimum 6 months of Class A driving experience.
