Program Operations Lead for Intensive Case Management

About the Role: As a Senior Case Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing service delivery for one project-based housing site, supervising a team of 4-7 site-based clinical staff and the Supervisor I. You will report to the ICMS Project Based Housing Program Manager and lead your team to deliver high-quality service and program outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing program staff to deliver high-quality service and program outcomes: hiring, onboarding, training, and supervising direct reports to meet performance expectations.
- Cultivating a strong team culture and staff retention: providing regular coaching and feedback, collaborating on professional development goals, conducting annual performance reviews, and implementing disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Maintaining data quality and ensuring staff compliance with data-management expectations: monitoring data on staff performance and site outcomes, proactively identifying and addressing issues to meet local program goals.
- Providing clinical leadership and supervision: providing clinical oversight of multidisciplinary team service delivery, ensuring service delivery is consistent with legal and ethical standards.

We operate in partnership with County agencies including the Department of Mental Health (DMH), the Department of Health Services (DHS), and the Justice, Care and Opportunities Department (JCOD).
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in social work, occupational therapy, or a mental health field from an accredited college or university, and valid licensure or registration with a licensing body (i.e., the BBS).
- 1-2 years of supervising mental health or case management programs in a relevant context (forensic/court-based, county-operated mental health, or similar programs).
- Experience working with culturally diverse populations.
- A valid CA driver's license, proof of insurance, and own vehicle required.
- Verification of Employment Eligibility and Background Check.
