Job Title: Senior Premier Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Premier Banker to join our team at Wells Fargo Bank. As a Senior Premier Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with affluent customers, providing them with personalized financial solutions and services.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions. You will work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and objectives, and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with affluent customers, providing them with personalized financial solutions and services.
  • Analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions to meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement customized financial plans to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners.
  • 3+ years of experience recommending products and services.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Financial services industry experience in one or a combination of the following: corporate, consumer, mortgage, investments, brokerage, or private banking.
  • Experience recommending financial services products and services.
  • Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or recognized FINRA equivalents) to qualify for immediate registration.
  • State Insurance license(s).
