Key Responsibilities- Provide medical nutrition therapy to patients, including screening, assessment, and nutrition care plan implementation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective nutrition care plans.
- Conduct nutrition assessments and identify potential nutrition-related problems.
- Develop and implement nutrition education programs for patients and healthcare professionals.
- Document patient information and nutrition care plans in accordance with department standards.
- Participate in interdisciplinary discussions to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Registered Dietitian Commission on Dietetic Registration (required)
- Licensed Dietitian Commonwealth of MA (required)
- BS in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related subject / MS preferred
This role is based in an outpatient office setting, and you may be required to work weekends or early/late hours to accommodate patient care needs.
