KORU HEALTH LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Clean and sanitize resident apartment homes, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and disinfecting
* Empty trash, waste, and other disposable materials and transport to disposal area
* Assist care staff with cleaning common areas, such as lobbies, restrooms, hallways, elevators, and stairwells
* Report needed repairs to the Executive Director and maintenance specialist

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, and climb stairs, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
