Position Summary
The Assistant Manager will support the Road Call Center Manager in managing costs associated with company tractors, trailers, and various assets across North America. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to effectively oversee cost management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in training the Road Call Center staff.
- Provide transitional support from external call centers.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials, policies, and vendor networks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Road Call Center Manager.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of two years of experience in transportation, particularly in fleet services.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage tasks independently.
- Excellent customer service and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Access, and TMT.
- A dedicated and motivated individual.
- Encourage positive work habits, including effective communication, teamwork, and respect for colleagues.
- Provide constructive feedback to fellow employees and third-party representatives.
