Position Summary:

We are in search of highly skilled Engagement Managers to join our team in Chicago. The ideal candidates will provide expert advice to clients on pivotal strategic matters, including growth strategies, major industry trends, disruptive technologies, commercial due diligence, and intellectual property considerations.

The Engagement Manager will play a crucial role in leading project teams, developing proposals, outlining work plans, and determining resource needs. Additionally, they will synthesize team findings into comprehensive written reports and present insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams in delivering exceptional results for Fortune 500 clients and leading private equity firms.
  • Develop unique insights and recommendations based on client strategies.

Compensation:
Compensation will be aligned with industry standards for similar roles within professional services, including a base salary and performance-based bonuses. This position does not require travel.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, preferably in strategy consulting or M&A advisory.
  • A postgraduate degree from a reputable institution.
  • A bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop client proposals and lead engagements.
  • Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
  • Proven track record in conducting rigorous quantitative analysis.
  • Exceptional project management and team leadership abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
