Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate pharmacist to join our team as an Ambulatory Oncology/Infusion Pharmacist. As a medication management expert, you will provide accurate drug information to providers, nurses, and other clinical staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care.

In this role, you will oversee compounding, verify orders, and make clinical interventions to optimize patient medication therapy. You will also collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate drug information to healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy Degree
  • California Pharmacy license
  • ASHP-accredited PGY2 oncology residency or at least 1 year of pharmacy practice experience in oncology
  • Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) preferred
  • Previous infusion pharmacy experience preferred
  • EPIC/Beacon experience preferred
