Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a Meat Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management to ensure the highest quality meat products are prepared and displayed for our members.
  • Be a Team Player: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicate effectively, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
  • Be a Customer Advocate: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and ensuring member satisfaction.
  • Be a Quality Control Specialist: Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area, ensuring all products are properly packaged, labeled, and stored according to company policies and procedures.
