The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Base Maintenance Team within the Integrated Operations Division, overseeing the daily activities of Crew Chiefs and mechanics in a high-energy maintenance setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire and mentor team members to achieve their best performance.
  • Oversee daily production targets through effective management of subordinates.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Training to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to promote communication and address action items.
  • Assess maintenance workforce needs and schedule programs accordingly.
  • Maintain open lines of communication between Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments.
  • Engage team members in meeting essential performance metrics.
  • Implement manpower allocation and shift production strategies.
Qualifications for Success

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a maintenance-related field.
  • Proven experience in supervising teams.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Aeronautics, or a related discipline.

Skills & Certifications

  • A&P License.
  • Comprehensive understanding of maintenance operations.
  • Familiarity with airline industry practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and computer skills.
  • Ability to manage various responsibilities effectively.
