Job Title: LPN - Med/Surg - Day Shift

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our medical and surgical team at Great Falls Clinic Hospital. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Job Summary:

The LPN will work closely with the healthcare team to provide direct patient care for patients in the acute care setting. This includes providing medical, pre and post-operative surgical care for pediatric, adult and geriatric patients in the hospital setting from admission to discharge, including discharge planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in discharge planning and education to ensure a smooth transition for patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements:
  • Nursing Program graduate with current State of Montana LPT licensure.
  • Basic Nursing Principles and Procedures knowledge.
  • IV skills and basic office skills.
