We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our medical-surgical team at Great Falls Clinic Hospital. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Job Summary:

The LPN will work closely with our healthcare team to provide direct patient care for patients in the acute care setting. This includes providing medical, pre and post-operative surgical care for pediatric, adult and geriatric patients in the hospital setting from admission to discharge, including discharge planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Assist with discharge planning and ensure a smooth transition for patients.

Requirements:

  • Current State of Montana LPN licensure.
  • Basic nursing principles and procedures.
  • IV skills.
  • Basic office skills.
