Join Our Finance Team

Cultivate your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment at Core Specialty Insurance. As a valued member of our Finance team, you will gain hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend training sessions with the FP&A team to learn about their roles and responsibilities.
  • Perform peer Q&A and guidance analysis to develop your critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attend weekly FP&A team meetings to stay informed about ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow projections and expense analysis reports.
  • Compile and prepare reforecast materials and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Analyze financial data and use financial models for forecasting and planning.
  • Prepare reports on financial performance tailored to the needs of leadership.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or master's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work easily with cross-functional teams.
