About the Role

The Automotive Parts Specialist plays a critical role in AutoZone's operations, transporting parts to commercial customers and providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong communication and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transporting parts to commercial customers using company-provided vehicles.
  • Loading and unloading parts at customer locations.
  • Picking up returns and cores from nearby stores or outside vendors.
  • Providing WOW customer service to commercial customers.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and meet AutoZone's driver requirements.
  • Ability to lift and deliver merchandise.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
