Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate In-Home Autism Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering ABA interventions to clients in their homes, collecting and analyzing data on client progress, and collaborating with program staff to ensure consistent and effective therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ABA Interventions: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in their homes, using evidence-based techniques to enhance essential skills and improve quality of life.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data on client progress, preparing reports under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with program staff to ensure consistent and effective therapy, providing updates to parents and guardians on daily activities and client progress.
  • Program Development: Assist in the creation of behavior intervention plans, implementing and adjusting individualized ABA therapy programs as needed.
  • Client Support: Communicate clearly with clients, families, and team members, being open to learning and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Teamwork: Work well both independently and as part of a team, having reliable transportation for client visits.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience with ABA therapy or special needs is a plus, but not necessary. RBT certification is preferred, but if not certified, a commitment to obtain certification within 60 days is required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role.
  • Certifications: Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Transportation: Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and current insurance necessary.
