Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work closely with our clients and their families to deliver ABA interventions in their homes. Your role will involve collecting and analyzing data on client progress, preparing reports, and collaborating with program staff to ensure consistent and effective therapy.
Responsibilities- Deliver ABA interventions to clients in their homes
- Collect and analyze data on client progress, and prepare reports under the guidance of a BCBA
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure consistent and effective therapy
- Provide updates to parents and guardians on daily activities and client progress
- Implement and adjust individualized ABA therapy programs
- Assist in the creation of behavior intervention plans
- Communicate clearly with clients, families, and team members
- Be open to learning and receiving constructive feedback
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Have reliable transportation for client visits
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Previous experience with ABA therapy or special needs is a plus but not necessary
- RBT certification is preferred, but if not certified, a commitment to obtain certification within 60 days is required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role
- Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification
- Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and current insurance are necessary
- Competitive pay: $21-27 per hour, based on experience
