The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a paver, performing daily maintenance checks, and reporting any mechanical or safety issues to a supervisor.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a paver with accuracy and precision
  • Perform daily maintenance checks and report any issues
  • Take a leadership role on the crew
  • Keep the paver maintained and clean
  • Work nights and weekends as required
  • Operate equipment in a safe and consistent manner
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in construction equipment operation
  • Experience working in and around construction equipment
  • Driving License (preferred)
  • Physical Demands:
    • Regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
    • Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, and vibration.
