- Interact with seniors and groups in diverse environments to inform them about the services provided by the organization.
- Build strong connections with community members and external collaborators to position the organization as a preferred service provider.
- Partner with community leaders and senior outreach initiatives to coordinate events aimed at expanding the membership base.
- Analyze event outcomes to refine strategies and enhance effectiveness over time.
- Assist new members after their initial appointment to boost retention rates and address any concerns.
- Provide information regarding benefits coverage and claims to prospective members.
- Comply with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of four years of successful sales experience.
- Experience in business-to-business sales and telemarketing is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
- A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and the ability to travel within the designated sales area are essential.
