    • Gather information to make informed decisions that benefit the facility and its patrons.
    • Monitor situations to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with policies.
    • Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and implement them as required.
    • Possess a foundational understanding of all operational departments.
    • Address employee and facility concerns effectively.
    • Assist with financial transactions and customer service at various points of contact.
    • Engage with staff and guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
    • Handle sensitive situations, including complaints and incidents, with professionalism.
    • Stay informed about ongoing activities and promotions to ensure smooth execution.
    • Maintain a visible presence throughout the facility, checking in with departments regularly.
    • Assist with closing procedures and ensure accuracy in departmental checklists.
    • Document observations and incidents in the Manager on Duty report, providing recommendations for improvement.
    • Secure financial areas at the beginning and end of each shift.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma is required.
  • Preferred candidates will have higher education or an Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two years in a supervisory role is required.
  • Additional experience in safety, security, or maintenance is preferred.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe.
