  • Respond to alarms and incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)
  • Valid OPOTA armed guard certification
  • Valid driver's license and social security card
  • Pass a background investigation
  • Reliable transportation
Training and Certification:
  • Annual firearm qualification on our course of fire
  • OC, Taser, or Baton certification (training provided in-house)
  • CPR/AED certification (training provided in-house)
Equipment and Uniforms:
  • Level II duty holster
  • Intermediate impact weapon (OC, Baton, or Taser)
  • Handcuffs with case and key
  • Duty belt and belt keepers
  • Two spare magazines
  • Black boots or work shoes
  • Body armor (strongly recommended)
  • Uniforms provided
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Initial pay rate: $16.00 per hour
  • Opportunities for pay increases based on performance and completion of required training
