Job Summary

The HR Generalist is a key member of the Mountain Vista Medical Center team, responsible for providing comprehensive support to the HR department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with discretion and judgment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-cycle HR functions, including onboarding, compliance, and reporting
  • Provides support to the HR department, including reception of employees, employee relations, and light data entry
  • Maintains HRIS System and employee files to ensure compliance with hospital regulations
  • Participates in employee retention activities and other duties as appropriate
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-3 years experience in Full-cycle HR
Preferred Requirements
  • 3 + years experience in HR
  • Associates Degree
  • Experience in Healthcare
