Position Overview
As a pivotal leader within the Department of the Army, you will oversee and manage various operational functions aimed at delivering comprehensive theater and enterprise network capabilities, services, and applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise a diverse range of operational activities essential for achieving the Brigade's mission.
- Troubleshoot and report on C4 IT systems and networks within the continental United States (CONUS).
- Develop and implement operational plans for the global deployment of synchronized C4IM/IT and AIPT solutions, ensuring integration with operational base and expeditionary force requirements.
- Establish processes for transitioning networks between institutional and operational environments, translating engineering solutions into actionable operational capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with established plans, policies, standards, infrastructures, and architectures related to IT management and programs.
- Manage a workforce of approximately 200 personnel, utilizing subordinate supervisors to facilitate effective operations.
- Exercise authority to initiate, plan, and direct support activities aligned with assigned missions.
- Approve operational plans and schedules, maintaining accountability for the quality and timeliness of deliverables.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria, including:
- Completion of a background investigation for suitability or fitness determination.
- Ability to travel throughout CONUS, sometimes on short notice.
- Maintenance of a Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
- Successful completion of a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
- A one-year supervisory probationary period may be required.

Experience Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate specialized experience that includes:
- Planning, managing, and directing Federal IT programs, along with interpreting and applying relevant policies and practices.
- Utilizing strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Applying technical knowledge in cybersecurity, C4, and IT specialties to facilitate discussions among inter-agency partners.
- Making informed decisions regarding the integration and deployment of new technologies and overseeing technical operations.
- Supervising personnel and executing a full range of personnel actions.
